Explore what we offer

To best optimize health and wellbeing, we focus on the eight dimensions of wellness – Emotional, Environmental, Financial, Intellectual, Occupational, Physical, Social, and Spiritual.

Individual Therapy

A one-on-one discussion to address concerns and find solutions, to help people understand and work through emotional, psychological, or behavioral issues, and to learn how to take control of life and respond to challenging situations with healthy coping skills.

Somatic Therapy

A key concept in somatic therapy is "body memory," the idea that our bodies remember experiences, particularly traumatic ones, even when our conscious minds do not. This can lead to chronic tension, anxiety, and other physical symptoms

Community Support

A way for organizations to engage with their communities, build relationships, and provide services. It can involve raising awareness, advocating for change, or providing support to people in need.

Trauma Focused Therapy

An one-on-one discussion to address concerns and find solutions, to help people understand and work through emotional, psychological, or behavioral issues, and to learn how to take control of life and respond to challenging situations with healthy coping skills.

Suicide Awareness

Empowering client with strategies from CBT, DBT, ACT, and other therapeutic approaches to learn skills to decrease intrusive suicidal thoughts.

BST Therapy

A treatment that uses eye movements and other techniques to help process traumatic memories and emotions. It's a gentler approach than EMDR and is often used in the early stages of trauma work.
